Choose the scope and support you need to evaluate a recurring data workflow.
Braidplane Alpha is for synthetic test data and non-production systems. Paid continuation is manually agreed for businesses.
No card. No automatic charge. Your trial starts after the first successful test of a saved data source you provide. Prepared demos do not start the clock.
Proposed monthly prices in USD per organization, excluding applicable taxes. Taxes and the final total are confirmed in your written quote.

Need a different scope? Agree workflows, capacity and assistance with us. Complete implementations and new product features are separately scoped and quoted.
The proposed plans have no project, member or saved-connection caps. Available connectors and evaluation capacity are confirmed before starting.
The Team and Operations prices and weekly assistance apply to the first 5 firms combined, for 3 months from the agreed paid-service start. Later firms and continuation after that period receive an individual quote. There is no three-month minimum purchase.
These are proposed capacity targets, not confirmed available limits. We still need to test memory, execution time and concurrent workloads. Confirm the supported scope with us before your evaluation. Trial and Starter share the same targets.
| Parameter | Trial / Starter | Team | Operations |
|---|---|---|---|
| Single file* | 100 MiB | 250 MiB | 500 MiB |
| Rows per source result or SQL output | 10,000 | 100,000 | 1,000,000 |
| Bytes per source result or SQL output | 32 MiB | 128 MiB | 512 MiB |
| Connector / query operation timeout | 60 s | 120 s | 300 s |
| SQL-transform timeout | 30 s | 60 s | 180 s |
| Total file read + write timeout | 5 min | 10 min | 15 min |
| Concurrent connector operations | 1 | 2 | 4 |
| Concurrent file transfers | 1 | 1 | 2 |
| Admitted pipeline runs, queued + running | 1 | 2 | 4 |
* File-size limits may change when file streaming becomes available. Your agreed limits remain unchanged unless we agree otherwise. File streaming is not available yet.
Row and byte limits apply together. File-size targets cover transferring a file; parsing or transforming its contents also uses the processing limits. MiB means 1,048,576 bytes.
Concurrency is shared across the organization. File transfers consume connector-operation slots; running more pipelines does not multiply the pool. File-transfer time covers source read and destination write together; other timeouts apply to one operation, not the whole pipeline.
These are not monthly usage allowances. Frequency, total workload, storage and transfer are agreed for the evaluation. A larger scope requires prior agreement, with no automatic overage charges or separate per-record, per-step or per-minute charges.
Creating an account does not start the 30-day clock. It starts after the first successful test of a saved data source you provide; your own synthetic or non-production source qualifies. Failed tests and prepared demo activity do not start it. Retesting, deleting a connection or using a demo does not restart or extend it. At expiry, changes and new runs stop; configuration and retained history remain readable, subject to retention policies. Paid continuation needs a separate agreement.
The proposed offer removes the saved-connection cap. Current self-service trials still allow 3 saved connections; confirm any larger evaluation with us before starting.
Our pricing model treats one pipeline as one connected data flow. It may join multiple sources, branch through transforms and write to multiple sinks. Complexity and resource capacity are agreed separately.
A logical pipeline is active when deployed in at least one environment. The same pipeline in several environments counts once; drafts and historical versions do not count.
Agree a workflow, scope and start date with us, then confirm the first payment to reserve a place. A trial or enquiry alone does not reserve one. There are 5 places in total across Team and Operations. The agreed price and weekly assistance last 3 months from the paid-service start; continuation needs new agreed terms.
Before starting, we check the required connectors and operations and agree an evaluation criterion. The pilot evaluates Alpha on synthetic data and non-production systems; it does not promise a production implementation or guaranteed outcome.
Consultation, joint workflow building, troubleshooting and reviews. Preparation and asynchronous communication use the same allowance. Operations' monthly outcome review is included in its weekly hours. Complete implementations and new product features need a separate scope and quote.
Unused weekly hours do not roll over. If the founder cancels an agreed meeting, that meeting's time is rescheduled. Product defect repair does not consume consultation time. There is no guaranteed response time, SLA or 24/7 availability.
The first 10 distinct participating firms or individual accounts receive 1 included hour for setup and evaluation, including during the trial and on Starter. Agree one workflow and a start date to arrange it. Each organization counts once across its members, trial and initial setup; changing plans does not reset the allowance.
This one-time introduction is separate from Team and Operations' recurring partner assistance.
Paid continuation requires a written B2B agreement and an invoice paid by bank transfer. Paid consumer sales and self-service checkout are not available. The proposed terms are monthly advance payment with a seven-day deadline; service starts after confirmed payment and readiness.
Renewal requires explicit email confirmation. Cancel by email at any time, effective at the paid period end, without a penalty or extra notice month. Partner terms do not renew automatically after the three-month offer.
Unused days do not receive a standard refund; failure to provide agreed scope can lead to an agreed extension or proportional refund. At exit, agreed access, export and retention terms apply. Your signed agreement sets the final terms.
